FEATURES OF THE ELECTORAL ACTIVITY AND LEGAL CULTURE OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE ROSTOV REGION

Abstract

This article discusses the features of electoral behavior and some aspects of the legal culture of the inhabitants of the Rostov region, associated with the ideas of the vote as the duties of a citizen or a law. In the introductory part of the article the author describes the state of the inhabitants of the region of interest in the political life of the region, direct participation in public control over elections. Also he analyzes the sociological data about the nature of electoral activity, readiness people in the region for the elections of heads and members of separate city districts and municipal areas.The article discusses the ratio of area residents to take direct part in the vote as the duties of a citizen of the country and his rights, which he manages at its own discretion. The article is based on data from a sociological survey conducted in July 2014 in the territory of urban and municipal districts of the Rostov region.
