POLICY STROKE. CRITERIA OF AN ADMISSIBILITY OF USE AND SUBJECTS OF APPLICATION ON PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION

Abstract

In article the essence and an admissibility of policy strokes in investigative activity are considered. The policy stroke is understood, how the method of an operational impact on an investigative situation consisting in a behavior option choice, a way of the decision of the general and private problems of a consequence. It has to conform, first of all, to requirements of the law, to be safe. Subjects of its application along with the investigator are the other persons who are taking part in investigation of criminal case.
