Abstract

The article analyzes the position of the legislator, changed the scope and defined the confiscation of property as a measure of criminal law. Status of confiscation of property is assessed negatively criminologists, in connection with which there is a need for a detailed review of the legal regulation of this measure, in order to avoid its complete lack of rights.
