Abstract

The article discusses issues related to the Institute of the prejudice in the domestic legislation and its effect on the efficiency of judicial activities. Disclosed regulatory issues of prejudice in the domestic legislation in the period from the mid-19th century to the present, as well as the problems of law enforcement.
