Abstract

The article defines the concept of social and economic rights and freedoms of the individual (citizen), a study of the scientific theory of subjective rights; formulated original ideas about the place of social and economic human rights (citizen) in the system of fundamental rights and freedoms. The analysis of the legal nature and mechanisms of implementation of socio-economic rights and freedoms, are allocated their specific features in comparison with other fundamental rights and freedoms.
