Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of the “person as subject of law” and its role in the present understanding of law. The author adheres to the opinion that the concept of "subject of law" should be distinguished from the concept "subject of legal relationship". The person, his consciousness, the fact of its existence in relation to the right are primary.
