THE CHECHEN REPUBLIC: THE FACTORS OF SUCCESSFUL IN THE STRUGGLE AGAINST INTERNATIONAL TERRORISM AND EXTREMISM

Abstract

In the article the first time systematized and presented the successful experience of the Chechen Republic and its people in the struggle against international terrorism and extremism. Details are set out and analyzed the factors that contributed to the forced exit of the Chechen Republic of the war and postwar situation, which allowed the Russian Federation to protect its sovereignty and ensure security on the southern borders of the state. It analyzed a wide range of events from the military to the socio-economic situation prevailing in the region since the beginning of the twenty-first century. Made specifying conclusions regarding the "Chechen military and political phenomenon," the author introduced into scientific circulation in connection with the above events.
