HOW TO WRITE A SCIENTIFIC OR ACADEMIC WORK IN CIVIL LAW

Abstract

The article is devoted to the structure and methodology of writing an academic or research in civil law, the observance of which had adequately reflect the basic scientific approaches, views, position, or the concept of lawyers and the author on a specific subject. It is shown that the author's research and educational activities of scientific work must be performed in order to obtain new knowledge in the field of civil law by addressing the specific methodological problems. The article highlightes and describes the contents and characteristics of all parts of the research in civil law, revealed the problem of "congruence" of concepts, techniques and logic examples of proper and unacceptable wording of the introductory words and concepts in the text of the scientific work.
