SOME PROBLEMS OF RELATIONS POLICY AND CONSTITUTIONAL LAW IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

The author analyzes the main directions of the policy impact on the constitutional right direction and found inverse effect of the constitutional right to a policy in modern Russia. The article shows, the existing close bilateral relationship of politics and constitutional law. The author identifies several key units of public relations in the political sphere governed by constitutional law. Marked channels of policy effects on Constitutional Law: State of value-orientation political influence, political management and political information influence. The author proposes to allocate these kinds of policy influence on constitutional law, as excessive, intense, moderate and weak.
