Abstract

The article considers peculiarities of the application of article 28.1 of the code, providing for the termination of criminal prosecution in criminal cases of economic activity. The author focuses on enshrined in law the protection of rights and legitimate interests of businessmen in the application of the rule of law. Are specified under the criminal procedure code of the Russian Federation protection of the rights and legitimate interests of suspects and accused persons, and entrepreneurs, who are the victims in discontinued according to article 28.1 of the code of criminal procedure criminal cases.
