FORMATION OF THE NEW ECONOMIC POLICY PRINCIPLES AS THE TRANSFORMATION PREREQUISITE OF THE RUSSIAN CONSTITUTIONAL SYSTEM BASES IN THE BEGINNING OF THE 90-TH OF THE XX CENTURY

Abstract

The article is devoted to the constitutional system principles growth in the Russian Federation as sovereign state. The publication analyses the normative-legal basis of a radical economic reform and its value for xing of the constitutional system bases in the Constitution of the Russian Federation 1993, such as government unities, authorities division, federal laws priority, differentiations of government bodies competence, market economy, economic activity freedom, equality of all forms of ownership, etc. The author comes to a conclusion about interference of two processes: formation of legal base of an economic reform and foundation of the constitutional system bases in the Russian Federation.
