IMPLEMENTATION OF ANTI-CORRUPTION MONITORING IN EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION

Abstract

The article highlights the conceptual framework for the international monitoring of manifestations of corruption, the author notes that under the auspices of international organizations at the universal and regional levels, developed a number of international legal instruments, including recommendations of an Advisory nature, aimed at the formation and development of this monitoring mechanism as one of the best technologies anti-corruption. Features of the unication of anti-corruption international and national legislation in the conditions of Eurasian integration.
