Abstract

The criminal law as the main branch of jurisprudence with a millennium history worked out a number of peculiarities, which it is need to know and use correctly in the sphere of contradiction to criminality. In the article these peculiarities are named and analyzed, the problem of the consideration and realization are emphasized in the current period of the reform.
