LEGAL ORIGIN OF LAND PLOT LIMITED PROPERTY RIGHT

Abstract

In order to comprehensively investigate the legal origin of land plot limited property right the given article contains the analysis of theoretical approaches to such legal issues as property right and limited property right.The major concepts on features and peculiarities of land plot limited property right are presented in the study, the author's denitions of the issues under consideration are provided, the conclusions and proposals are conrmed by examples from legal practice. At present neither civil nor land legislations give an exhaustive list of limited land property rights which can be considered a precondition for legal introduction of new legal constructions developed by the civil science.
