EXAMPLES OF SUBINSTITUTS OF LAWIN THE RUSSIAN SYSTEM OF LAW

Abstract

The concept and criteria for selection subinstitut of law. There are examples of existing and ongoing subinstituts in the Russian system of law. To identify subinstituts of law analyzed several branches of the system of law of the Russian Federation. The article explains and argued position with regards to the designation of a legal structure to subinstitute of law. Examples of subinstituts of law found in branches dispositive and imperative orientation, and mixed. The author concludes that the need for the existence of such legal category as the subinstitut of law.
