REVIVAL OF LEGAL CULTURE AS A FACTOR KAZAKOVLEGAL SYSTEM OF MODERN RUSSIA

Abstract

The paper studies the inuence of legal culture of the Cossacks in the development of the modern Russian legal system. It reveals the development of trans-prospects «Cossack movement» as a derivative phenomenon with the Russian state. As a result, the author comes do that for the previous quarter of a century has changed not only in the Russian system, but also the Cossacks, which of a plurality of political organizations is practically formed in group «servicemen people», which is partly is reected in Russian law. This specicity is based not only on the special modernity and legal culture, formed in Russian period.
