ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AND THEIR ROLE IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF PUBLIC SERVICES

Abstract

The article analyzes the main approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "administrative procedures" prevailing in the legal literature. The authors attempted to develop the main features of the considered category. The conclusion is made about necessity of development and consolidation of the legal definition of administrative procedures in order to theoretical and practical improvement of public services and improving quality for citizens. Based on the analysis of foreign experience of regulation of the procedural activities of the state authorities identified promising directions of development of domestic legislation in the relevant field.
