THE COGNITIVE FUNCTION OF SENSE OF JUSTICE IN THE LIGHT OF CHRISTIAN GNOSEOLOGY

Abstract

The impact of human personality on the nature of law and legal interactions is under consideration in the present article. Using the hermeneutic method, the author appeals to the concept of "legal thinking", which is carried out over the intellectual, emotional, volitional and cultural complex of the personality. The "heart" is regarded to be a hermeneutical center and driving force of justice.
