THE ONTOLOGIC ASPECTS OF THE THEOLOGICAL RIGHT UNDERSTANDING

Abstract

The nature of law and sources of law as well as the correlation between legal norms and moral ideals are under consideration in the present article. The essence of the law is being discussed within the anthropocentric and theocentric approaches. The analysis of the scientific works that deal with the theory the divine origin of the rights is presented. In conclusion, the metaphysical nature of the law and its close connection with theology is stated.
