THE MISTAKE AND DELUSION IN CRIMINAL LAW

Abstract

The doctrine of criminal law has there are many approaches to the understanding of criminal law mistakes, however, the vast majority of scientists reveal the concept of mistakes by delusion. The form a holistic view of the concept of criminal law mistakes, it is useful to analyze the concepts of scientists and trying to distinguish between categories of «mistakes» and «delusion».
