Abstract

On the basis of the analysis of the works of eminent scholars of lawyers dedicated to issues depending the right from the state and its interests and policies, particularity regulation of economic relations, the fundamental importance of the economic law of "supply and demand", the social values of economic norms, an attempt to summarize the scientific theories and methods, show their role in modern legislation and judicial practice.
