Abstract

The relevance of the topic based on the problems of international relations on the ship among the crew members, as well as rulemaking and enforcement in the field of navigation in the Russian Federation. This article dedicated to finding legal ways of adaptation of international members of ships ' crews, as well as measures of state regulation, support and monitoring in this sphere, the revealed defects of the rulemaking.
