Abstract

In this article we are talking about the use of criminal law protecting the honour, dignity, reputation, related interpretation issues evaluation of the characteristics and types of insulting a representative of authorities, including through the dissemination of degrading slander against officials judges, which is the identity restricted to the service and extrajudicial activities, requires emphatic respect for human dignity in the administration of justice in ordinary life. The implementation possibilities of criminal-legal and civil-legal protection of honor and dignity in court ensures the protection of the rights and freedoms of a person in this field.
