Abstract

The author is trying to develop a scientific approach to the formation and development of the legal system of the Eurasian Economic Union as a regional integration organization. It justified the conclusion that the improvement of the law-making activities of the Union is necessary to implement the joint efforts of member states and effective activities of the Union bodies. The study paid attention to the hierarchy of sources of law of the Union. The estimation of efficiency of formation of the judicial practice of the Court of the Eurasian Economic Union.
