FICTITIOUS IN ACTUAL MARRIAGE RELATIONS: THE CONTENT AND THE FORM OF INTEREST

Abstract

The article presents the characteristics of actual marriage relations in the various elements of depravity, suggested rationale of having fictitious characters in the actual marital relationship. The author of the first in the science of family law designated the content and forms of private and public interests in terms of the fictitious nature of the actual family relationships.
