Abstract

In article the psychological entity of policy stroke, its purpose which are expressed in tasks of their application is considered and are tracked in the analysis of potential of their impact on a certain object in this or that investigative situation. Separately the main criteria of validity of use in practice of this or that policy stroke are researched, and also problems of their implementation in practice are analyzed.
