Abstract

Provides an overview of (proposed systematization) of the rules of Russian in-law that contains prohibitions on the functioning of the institutions of civil society (various types of public associations, and other forms of public AK-effectiveness, public communications), the activity of which can lead to the development of tension, to commit terrorist offences, or that (rules) on the contrary, is motivated activities aimed at Patriotic education of youth, the fight against extremism, religious and ethnic non-tolerance. The analysis of the Russian legal regulation of the Internet relations focused on the security of the state.
