Abstract

In article questions of disclosure of serious crime without delay are considered. The term "crime detection" is quite widespread in legal literature and means identification of all of the signs characterizing him and establishment of the persons who have made it. Authors on the example of actions of employees of SK on the Soviet and Myasnikovsky districts of Rostov-on-Don at investigation of murder state the chronicle of competent carrying out procedural actions and investigation and search operations that has brought to crime detection into extremely short time.
