Abstract

The article substantiates the approach to the study of sources of law as a system of interrelated elements of the legal education process, determined by the specific historical features of the socio-political system. The authors come to the conclusion that there is a lack of formal legal methods that exclude the competition of ideas and the need for wide application of the method of social reconstruction, empirical, comparative legal and modeling methods for researching sources of law in all their diversity.
