Abstract

In the article the author analyzes the activity of homeowners' associations, highlight the main reasons of a minimum number of homeowners in the regions of Russia, underlines their special importance in the involvement of owners of premises in the management of apartment houses, offers to amend the housing legislation of the Russian Federation.
