Abstract

The article discusses issues related to the international legal protection of the right to privacy. The author analyzes in detail sufficient normative documents of the international level that contain these rules. On the basis of the conducted research was able to conclude that the most effective way to protect an application to the court, in particular the European court of human rights. However, there are other remedies, for example, the Institute of personal data protection.
