Abstract

In article features of functioning of court with participation of jurors as institute of the constitutional state are investigated. Legality questions are considered by consideration and permission of matter in court with participation of jurors. Problematic issues of the organization and functioning of this form of legal proceedings are taken up. Suggestions for improvement of the legislation regulating activity of court with participation of jurors are formulated.
