Abstract

The article discusses issues related to the implementation in Russia of dover management of residential real estate. The author describes forms of real estate management, analyzes in detail the trust real estate management, discloses the features of application of Institute of trust management in the sphere of turnover of premises. On the basis of the conducted research the author concludes that services for trust management in the real estate market prospective provided legal settlement of legal issues of taxation.
