LAND SURVEY AS A WAY OF LEGAL REGISTRATION OF LAND DISTRIBUTION RELATIONS IN RUSSIA: HISTORICAL AND LEGAL RESEARCH

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of the evolution of land surveying as a legal institution closely connected with the development of land distribution and legal relations and land policy of the Russian state. The work is based on a wide range of legal monuments, including land-based books, boundary-book books, border arbitration books, border-book books, data, hand-made books, landmark interrogation, landmark instructions and instructions, as well as the legal customs of the Russian peasantry. Using the method of analysis, generalization, comparison, social reconstruction, the author came to the conclusion that one of the reasons for the absence of ownership of land and the system of real rights in Russia is the incompleteness of formal definition of order, individualization of land as an object of civil turnover.
