ABOUT FEATURES OF THE CONCEPT OF KNOWLEDGE OF LAW OF A N. M. KORKUNOV

Abstract

The article studies the problem of N.M. Korkunov’s methodology of law phenomenon knowledge and law methodology knowledge relations with respect to law understanding. One of the acute aspects of the problem is the subject matter of the law theory understanding as a factor of N.M. Korkunov’s methodology forming. To study the essence of theoretical and legal views is necessary to determine the theoretical-methodological significance of the concept in the history of legal thought, the place of his General theory of law in the evolution of the theoretical-legal knowledge, comparing with the philosophical and methodological bases of the scientific worldview. The structure of methodology of knowledge of law N.M. Korkunova was advanced for its time, and his comprehensive knowledge of the logic of law can be seen as a Foundation for further development of modern legal science.
