FEATURES OF THE STRATEGY OF STATE CONTROL IN THE SPHERE OF INFORMATION SOCIETY DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The relevance of the article due to intensive use in the Russian society of information and communication technologies, and the need of adaptation of the state regulation in the information sphere of the Russian Federation to new circumstances, taking into account the need to ensure that their information sovereignty in the modern information society. The purpose of this article is to analyze the topical issues of protection of sovereignty of the Russian Federation in the information space on the basis of the Strategy of information society development in Russian Federation to 2017 2030. The author concludes that the methodological basis to ensure information sovereignty of the state in modern conditions is largely enshrined in the new development Strategy of information society creation of conditions for formation in the Russian Federation knowledge society.
