Abstract

The article defines health as the highest value of a person, examines issues related to legal protection of health, and retrospectively analyzes normative sources regulating human rights in the field of health preservation. Based on the study, it was concluded that it is necessary to adequately regulate the scope of activities related to health protection, to create a clear and well-functioning system of stimulating the population to promote health and create a healthy lifestyle.
