Abstract

Extension of adversarial origins in the criminal proceedings and to increase the objectivity of the process of proof must be carried out in accordance with the logic, meaning and spirit of the existing criminal procedure legislation. No information received not in the prescribed code of criminal procedure, without the procedural checks and the establishment of its relevance, admissibility and reliability may not be evidence in a criminal case. This constitutional requirement must strictly follow the improvement of criminal-procedural law.
