ACTUAL MARRIAGE RELATIONS AND PROBLEMS OF MODERN LEGAL REGULATION OF TRANSFORMATION OF FAMILY

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the draft Federal Law No. 368962-7 "On Amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation" (on the issue of the status of actual marital relations) and the appropriateness of legislative changes (the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) with regard to the regulation of actual marital relations. The article is written on the basis of the author's conclusion, sent to the Council of Federation Committee on Legislation and State Building. The author expresses the idea of the need for a balanced approach when deciding whether to amend the Family Code.
