Abstract

Recently in our country the cryptocurrency gains the increasing popularity and becomes one of hot topics for studying. It is possible to consider cryptocurrency as certain goods, for example: gold or oil. Legal regulation can be based on the following: introduction of amendments to the article 128 "Objects of the Civil Rights" of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and, respectively, inclusion in this exhaustive list of a new object of civil law.
