Abstract

In the article features of the conclusion of the labor contract between the sports judge and sports federations, leagues, and also the legal status of the sports judge in the field of professional sports are considered. The formation and functioning of the legal aspect of the work of a sports judge in the modern period raises a large number of questions, since in the current Russian legislation there is insufficient regulatory and legal regulation of these relations.
