Abstract

The article is devoted to state legal processes and development of the Republic of Abkhazia in the XX in the beginning of XXI centuries. The constitutional and legal status of Abkhazia within the Soviet state is considered and studied its Genesis within the framework of nation-building. The historical and legal discourse of state, political and legal processes is raised. There is the legal analysis of the status of the Republic of Abkhazia in the historical and legal aspects of recent decades.
