Abstract

The article discusses the definition of the state regime actively discussed in Russian statehood, presents current views on the identification of the state regime, expounds the author's position on the state regime and its key parameters, determines the place of the notion of the state regime in a legal glossary, characterizes the main forms (types) state regime, the expediency of assigning the state regime to the basic categories of the state theory and law is proved.
