Abstract

The scientific article is devoted to studying of various actions and techniques which influence motivation of the public civil servants. The purpose of article consists in carrying out the scientific analysis of techniques and ways of motivation of public servants in the different countries. The problem of strengthening of office discipline in the modern world is one of the most pressing problems in life of public servants. The special attention of the supreme bodies of the government and society in general is assigned to her. To a great extent the fruitfulness and effectiveness of public service depends on discipline.
