STATE SOVEREIGNTY IN THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBALIZATION: CONCEPT, MODERN INTERPRETATION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the modern interpretation of the concept of state sovereignty in the context of globalization. Constant integration, development of civilization, openness of countries to interaction with other countries, establishment of different kinds of interstate relations, interdependence of countries and their peoples in political, public and international life, led to the fact that the concept of state sovereignty undergoes its original meaning and understanding, in connection with which the question arises of preserving the previous understanding of state sovereignty. In the conditions of constant integration, development of civilization, the establishment of various kinds of interstate relations, interdependencies of countries and their peoples in political, public and international life, the concept of state sovereignty undergoes its original meaning and understanding, which raises the question of preserving the former understanding of state sovereignty.
