Abstract

A special role in the protection and preservation of the rights and freedoms of the individual actually plays the economic function of the State, including questions related to the implementation of the constitutional right to the free exercise of the business activity. The State has an obligation to establish legal management controllers and development of economic relations, resolve and prevent an imbalance of economic interests, to prevent stratification by income level, to protect the work, implement measures support and development of entrepreneurship.
