With deep arguments is proved in the present article that ensuring safety of the technical means used when holding mass actions is at the unsatisfactory level. Traumatism cases in this connection offers on minimization of this situation are made are frequent. In particular: it is necessary to establish obligatory presence of technical education at the businessman or his employees at the legislative level if his activity is connected with danger of impact on people of technical means at their use in places of mass stay of people; to organize training of safety in the existing training centers of the businessmen and other subjects providing the corresponding services; to enhance administrative and criminal liability of the businessmen operating the technical means used when holding mass actions.
