Abstract

The problem of deprivation of election rights of citizens is investigated on based archival documents and reports of election commissions different levels during election companies 1926-1928 years in the Troiskosavsk city council. It is shown that election rights can use as kind of struggle against with own citizens which have another ideology and creation of new Soviet society.
