Abstract

The article analyzes Art. 12 of the Constitution of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania in terms of the prohibition of state ideology, the reasons for its emergence are revealed, the concept of state ideology is formulated. The author justifies the need for further state-legal development of the replacement of Part 2 of Art. 12 of the Constitution of Republic of North Ossetia -Alania to the new constitutional norm and include it in the texts of the Constitutions of Republic of North Ossetia-Alania and the Republic of South Ossetia-Alania.
