Abstract

The article discusses the specific features of the legal and social status of sports agents in the field of professional sports. Certain duties of agents that are enshrined in the corporate acts of sports federations are contradictory and need to be revised as soon as possible. At the same time, in this area there are obligations that are essentially pre-impracticable and cannot be included in the agency agreement based on their civil law provisions. It is important to note that various sports federations have ambiguous approaches to establishing a system of rights and obligations of the parties to the agency agreement.
